Know Before You Go
Check the calendar for open play times, parent meet-ups, playdates, and special events.
Are socks required?
Yes — for safety and cleanliness, children and adults must wear grip socks.
How long can we stay?
As long as you’d like! There’s no time limit on open play or classes — stay and enjoy the space at your own pace.
Do you charge for drinks or snacks?
Nope! All drinks and snacks are complimentary for our guests. We do happily accept donations to help us keep providing them for free in the future.
Where should I park?
You can park near the TJ Maxx, then enter through the mall entrance. Once inside, head to your right and you’ll find us just a short walk away.
Where are you located in the mall?
We’re in Suite 1208, near Toddler Town, across from Claire’s and Lids.
Can I drop my child off?
For safety reasons, a parent or guardian must stay in the building during play or class times. We do offer drop-in care on Monday and Friday evenings, but space is limited and available on a first-come basis.
How often do you clean and sanitize?
We sanitize throughout the day and deep clean each area once a week.
