Here you’ll find all of our policies and answers to frequently asked questions — everything you need to make the most of your visit!

Our Policies:

1. Payments & Refunds

  • All prepaid classes and open play sessions are non-refundable.

  • Reschedules: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to apply your payment as a credit toward another class or activity.

  • Late cancellations & no-shows: Less than 24 hours’ notice = no reschedules or refunds.

  • Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the family who purchased the class.

2. Waiver Requirement

  • Every child and adult attending must have a completed waiver on file before participating in any class or activity.

  • Complete your waiver here.

3. Supervision Rules

  • Parents or guardians must remain on-site unless otherwise noted.

  • Staff supervise activities, but parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

4. Sick Policy

  • Children must be fever-free and symptom-free for 24 hours before attending.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if your child is visibly ill.

5. Footwear & Clothing

  • Grip socks required on play surfaces.

  • Comfortable, play-appropriate clothing is recommended.

6. Capacity & Safety

  • Classes and open play sessions have limited spots. Registration is first-come, first-served.

  • For safety, staff may close a class once capacity is reached.

7. Food & Drink

  • Food and drinks are allowed in the designated snack areas only.

8. Photography & Video

  • We may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.

  • Parents who do not want their children photographed can notify us in advance.

9. Parties & Special Events

  • Party bookings are subject to the same payment, cancellation, and waiver policies.

11. Communication

  • Updates, cancellations, and class reminders are sent via email.

  • Please ensure your contact info is current to receive notifications.


Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes — for safety and cleanliness, children and adults must wear grip socks.

Q: How long can we stay?
A: As long as you’d like! There’s no time limit on open play or classes — stay and enjoy the space at your own pace.

Q: Do you charge for drinks or snacks?
A: Nope! All drinks and snacks are complimentary for our guests. We do happily accept donations to help us keep providing them for free in the future.

Q: Where should I park?
A: You can park near the TJ Maxx, and then enter through the mall entrance. Once inside, head to your right, and you’ll find us just a short walk away.

Q: Where are you located in the mall?
A: We’re in Suite 1208, near Toddler Town, across from Claire’s and Lids.

Q: Can I drop my child off?
A: For safety reasons, a parent or guardian must stay in the building during play or class times. We do offer drop-in care on Monday and Friday evenings, but space is limited and available on a first-come basis.

Q: How often do you clean/sanitize?
A: We sanitize throughout the day and deep clean each area once a week.
